You may return your Multiplaz 3500 for a refund or exchange WITHIN 14 DAYS OF SIGNED RECEIPT OF PRODUCT, if the product does not perform as per the specifications outlined in the product sales information on the website or in our printed literature. Refunds for items returned within fourteen (14) days of the received date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.  The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable, and there will be a restocking fee of $350.  In the case of obvious usage whereby product is no longer suitable for resale, you may not be able to return the product for a full return minus the restocking fee.

 

Multiplaz does not refund for inappropriate expectations of product, not represented by our sales product outline on the website, or in our literature.  Please confirm your product need specifications prior to purchasing, as the continuance of this purchase is acknowledgement that you have read and accepted these terms on your purchase.
